Available anytime between 1-12 weeks postpartum. Assist in doing household chores including: laundry, dishes, grocery shopping & light pick-up. Continue to assist in breastfeeding. 

* A postpartum helper is not a postpartum doula. This support is offered so that you can spend precious time with your newborn without the stresses of keeping up with daily tasks.

* Pricing varies depending on location and which services are needed. 

These services are available anytime. Ages and number of children will determine pricing.

* Experience as a nanny: 10 years

* CPR certified
